Compromisos - Commitments

Then, in that moment of the night, in the severe and austere second of one dream, he found that blue bird that ever revealed the lies with its longevous orange nose.

And were those frozen and lonely chairs which worried him, feeling as a king of the forgotten kingdoms, sat in the highest one, almost touching the moon.

But not, before to wake up, he felt that his soul got lost and he didn't know how to come back to the sadness, while from the bottom of the disturbing night a great many of rickshaws came back from its lethargy to running over him.

And was the rain which woke him, with its liquid language, like a secret member that took cares on some of his faces, with its dry and wet deluge, but without making pain on him, because he already was very far.

Then, after that urgency of distance, one prayer captivated him, he put the hands together and his fingers started to unbalance one Lord's Prayer, as without strategies, without dawns and spheres, just with some words that repeated itselves like that rain.

And he decided to melt himself to being shaped again with the hits of that night that thought in breaking as ever. And he remembered some sigh, some hand, some navel, some flapping of that hands, and he felt afraid of the light, of the proximity of the fire, of some storks that seemed almost died, and he knew, unhappily, that the glass balls ever tell lies and ever want to be the same of the Aleph, just trying to steal prominence to the language.

And as a warbling, as a twilight that arrived late, as one femenine whim, he felt hungry of something looked like food. But he hadn't too much money and he came inside of one small place, as quiet, hidden in some fold. It was like one place that didn't want to be a place, but where the menu seemed cheap.

And he choosed one burguer that looked delicious.

And, without admitting it, without perceiving it, like a ghost that crosses behind you, languid and soft, he was in need of finding one magic carpet, to fly away from there...

From the buses in the standstill of the traffic fire...

de aquella realidad rota... from that broken reality...

para ir a encontrar su señera, su bandera, y así sentirse dentro de esa literatura que se lee en las calles de aquella ciudad con rostro de animal aniquilado... to go to finding his flag, and then to feel himself inside of this literature that you can read in the streets of that city with face of annihilated monster...

And his heart started to sing the same song of ever...

After being missing here during long time, I come again to retake the blog with exercises for my classes and new videos, songs and more informations about this Paradise named Bangladesh.

Here so I upload one song with its lyrics trying that my students and other teachers could see how we can use it to explaining the differences between Pretérito Indefinido and Pretérito Imperfecto of the Indicative.

Espero vuestros consejos o comentarios. The song is by the singer Iván Ferreiro, and it's named "Songs for the time and the distance". I mark in bold type the verbs. Perdí cientos de horas en buscar
Un lugar donde tocar el suelo
Y
encontré dos mil palabras que guardar
Y
vi toda mi vida alrededor...
Canté
cien escogidas al azar
Sonó como si ya existiera
Grité
las que no me gustaban
Y

Y
vi que hago canciones para ti...

Sólo canciones para ti
Que van hablando de los dos
Grabé canciones para ti...
Llegué
después de algunos años
Y
partí en el instante en que llegué..
